All bespoke and custom-designed jewellery pieces require a non-refundable deposit before crafting begins. Once a CAD model or sketch is approved by the client, any subsequent major alterations may incur additional fees.
Prices for our luxury pieces are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a piece. All gemstones and diamonds are subject to market availability.
As part of our commitment to keeping our clients informed, and subject to your consent upon submitting an enquiry, Zerra Gems may contact you with promotional offers via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or RCS. Standard messaging rates may apply depending on your carrier.
