At Zerra Gems, we take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with a piece from our standard collection, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund, subject to the item being in pristine, unworn condition with all original packaging and certificates.
Due to the highly personalized nature of bespoke designs, fully custom pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun. Your deposit signifies agreement to the design specifications.
Orders from our standard collection can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Custom orders can be cancelled prior to CAD approval, but the initial design consultation fee will not be refunded.
Upon receiving a returned item, our master jewelers will conduct a rigorous inspection to ensure the piece retains its original integrity. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days following successful inspection.
